Booking and Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand and your advance notice will allow for another client to have access to that time slot. If you fail to cancel before the 24 hour mark, you will be charged 50% of the services booked - NO EXCEPTIONS. If your card on file gets declined, you will be responsible to pay any late/cancellation fees prior to booking your next appointment. Failure to do so/repeat offenders will not be accepted to book at Jay Lash. Please book your lash appointments to the time frame and date from your last appointment. Any lash fill appointments booked past 3 weeks are considered a full set and will be charged accordingly.
